For Clients with ITIN Identification

Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) loans are for clients with ITIN identification and who do not have Social Security Numbers or green cards, don’t have work visas or other Employment Authorization Document identification and are not U.S. citizens.

A Fixed-Rate Mortgage has an interest rate that remains the same for the life of the loan.

For Loan-to-Value (LTV) Ratio of 80% or Less

  • For primary residence or second home

  • Loan amounts up to $400,000

  • Minimum 620 credit score 

  • Other qualifications available for clients with no credit score

  • Maximum Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio of 50%

  • 24 months of income history

  • Three months housing expense reserves*

  • Loan amounts up to $400,000

  • Minimum 700 credit score

  • Other qualifications available for clients with no credit score

  • Maximum Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio of 50%

  • 24 months of income history

  • Three months of housing expense reserves*

*Savings or a liquid asset set aside to cover unexpected costs or future financial obligation

For Loan-to-Value (LTV) Ratio of 85.01%-90% 

  • For primary residence or second home

  • Rural properties permitted 

  • Loan amounts up to $350,000

  • Minimum 720 credit score

  • Other qualifications available for clients with no credit score

  • Maximum Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio of 43%

  • 24 months of income history

  • Six months of housing expense reserves*
